Nokia Tablet variant RX-114 which was caught by us on GFXBench has now passed through FCC confirming its status as the to be launched variant of the Tablet. It has both AT&T and Verizon’s LTE bands. Though no CDMA bands compatibility still makes it more of an AT&T bound device and we have heard about many other variants RX-113, RX-115, Rx-116.
Nokia though has done good work in hiding some details so we couldn’t get the size specs this time, but anyways the “Tablet” word is well mentioned.
Also, battery and Smart Cover are mentioned in the filing. Battery is BC-3S which surprisingly is available to be bought online at many retail stores and 1000s are in stock. This is a li-ion notebook Battery with 2030 mAH capacity only compatible with Nokia :).
Updated:
As explored by SinghNSK, the Battery entry seems from 2012/07 and that brings back the cancelled original Nokia WinRT Tablet which was supposed to come by end of 2012. Anyways, I also believe the 2030 mAH capacity is not sufficient and it may belong to the SmartCover which will have some juice as indicated by our sources earlier.
