Microsoft announced Windows 10 Mobile technical preview Build 10586.71 yesterday. The new build is almost a good build from Microsoft and there is no big known bugs or issues. And Microsoft fixed almost all the issues of the previous builds with this new one. So we assumed that this build may be the official Windows 10 build. Now there are more proofs which makes our assumption true.
Gabriel Aul has confirmed this in a tweet that this build is good & if it looks good in their reliability telemetry, it will go to slow ring members and then to everyone.
@alexxxgoon Yes, for now. If reliability telemetry looks good will roll out to Slow ring then everyone.

So, it seems this build may be the official Windows 10 mobile build after all, as Microsoft is supposed to release Windows 10 Mobile to Windows Phone 8.1 devices in February. We recently also reported that this build appears in the Windows update catalog making the possibility stronger.
