Time for some new updates!!!!

Google’s Allo & Duo apps has received a new update for Android. The latest update brings new features such as Allo Gets File Sharing, While Duo Gets Audio Calling.

Allo will see an update that includes the ability to send files to other users. The update (or availability of the feature) should start arriving on handsets across the globe where Allo is available. You’ll find the option in a conversation by tapping the “+” in the chat box, then selecting the paperclip icon. The types of files OK’d to send are .pdf, .docs, .apk(!), .zip, and .mp3.

As for Duo, Google is adding audio calling to the video chatting app, though it’ll only be available in Brazil to start. The rest of the world should get it within the “coming days.” As you can imagine, audio calling means calling without video and probably should have been there from day 1. Either way, it’s here now!
