Google App & Google Assistant getting Dark Mode now

Google has started rolling out the popular Dark Mode feature to Google app and Google Assistant. Android users, especially Pixel users have reported about the Dark Mode roll-out on Reddit.

It is clear that Google may be rolling out the Dark Mode to its Pixel devices first. You can check the Google and Google Assistant Dark Mode screenshots above.

You may know that Android 10 has a system-wide Dark Mode but it seems that Google App and Assistant Dark Mode can be controlled via apps settings. It also seems that it is a server-side roll-out and hence won’t be available as an app update.
