808 PureView’s new official sample pics: Crete with Nokia 808 PureView.

Nokia has uploaded a new set of sample pictures on its official Flickr account. The album is named “Crete with Nokia 808 PureView”. Few of the images were shot with ND filter manually forced on to use the long exposure time to blur the water, and the effect is mind blowing.  Check some of the photos below and for more click the link given at the bottom of the article.

may i ask a question ? whats the use of the ND-filter and how does it effects image quality ?

    • ND filter is a filter that reduces and/or modifies intensity of all wavelengths or colors of light equally, giving no changes in hue of color rendition. It can be a colorless (clear) or grey filter. The purpose of a standard photographic neutral density filter is to allow the photographer greater flexibility to change the aperture, exposure time and/or motion blur of subject in different situations and atmospheric conditions.
