We last reported about Nokia Feature phones leading the segment in terms of sales performance in Russia. This report came via the data compiled with the help of partners data. But now we have the report from analyst firm Counterpoint research confirming it.
As per the report from Counterpoint research, Nokia features phones actually drove the segment growth in Russia.
The feature phone segment grew by 13% QoQ and 25% YoY driven by strong performance of Nokia HMD featurephones, especially the Nokia 105. As a result, Nokia HMD was the #1 feature phone brand during the quarter.
Not only Nokia was the no. 1 feature phone brand but due to the strong performance of Nokia feature phones, the feature phone segment saw growth both QoQ and YoY. Nokia 105 was the top-selling Nokia feature phone.
