N8 to get lighter version of Nokia Belle FP1 update soon and FP2 update later.

We also got info from our source that a lighter version of Carla will come to 1st generation Symbian devices.

Also later we felt that Carla might be coming in two software update parts FP1 and post FP1.

Now we have got some info from a Nokia Italy spokesperson who confirms,

  • N8 will get lighter version of FP1 shortly
  • Browser version 8.2 and new Social application.Bit of processor speed bump on the lines of full FP1 for  603, 700 and 701.
  • N8 will also get FP2 and also that Carla name has been shelved after all.
