Some benchmark listings have appeared on Geekbench with title “Unknown Heart”. What is interesting in these listings is the fact that the same title “Unknown Heart” has benchmark results for three new phones.
Now, just to refresh your memory, while Nokia 5 was caught as Nokia Heart at GFXBench, GeekBench has listed Nokia 3 as “Unknown Heart“. So, while not 100% sure, these new “Unknown Heart” listings have a fair chance to belong to upcoming Nokia Android Phones.
If you check the listing below you can easily identify that this may belong to the top of the range Nokia 9. While the tester has deliberately removed processor name, the “ARM implementer 81 architecture 8 variant 10 part 2048 revision 1” certainly belongs to Snapdragon 835, as you can check in other Snapdragon 835 listings.
Similarly this listing may belong to Nokia 8 with Snapdragon 660 processor. We had told you exclusively about two Snapdragon 660 powered high-end Nokia smartphones in works, which may come out as Nokia 7 and Nokia 8. But while it is always difficult to guess the retail name so early, these may be two variants of Nokia 8 only. This is where things get interesting as we have the third smartphone with a different processor. This processor again is different and has appeared for the first time in Geekbench too. It can very well be the newly launched Snapdragon 630 and the smartphone may be Nokia 7. What we have earlier referred as Nokia 7 running Snapdragon 660 may actually be a Nokia 8 variant.
Emergence of three new Nokia Android smartphones is certainly not a coincidence anymore. We last reported about HMD registering four new design trademarks in Europe. We also reported about three probable Nokia Phones passing certifications in Russia. TA-1013 / TA-1040, TA-1007 / TA-1029 & TA-100 have appeared for the very first time anywhere.
So, we can expect more and more leaks of these three smartphones in coming days. For now click on Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 links to read our detailed coverage.
