HMD launched Nokia 6 2018 as a China market-first smartphone just like the first-generation Nokia 6 on January 5, 2018. The smartphone comes in two variants with 4GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB configurations. But unlike Nokia 6 2017 it is not exclusive to one retailer and will be available to buy on both JD and Suning. Though the 32GB variant is not available on JD and the retailer sells only the 64GB variant.
Pre-registrations were opened on both JD and Suning online retail sites for Nokia 6 2018 on the launch date. Now, more than 140 thousand prospective buyers have already shown interest in Nokia 6 2018 on Suning while more than 20 thousand interests have been registered on JD.
So, overall Nokia 6 2018 managed more than 160 thousand registrations of interest on both JD and Suning 3 days in the launch. The sales-start is on January 10. While not comparable to the original Nokia 6 it is again a huge expression of interest in a Nokia Smartphone in one of the most complex markets in the world.
