Gabe Aul from Microsoft has shared a good news with Lumia 52X owners. Microsoft pulled the Windows 10 for Phones preview for Lumia 52X devices after issues faced by many during installation and also while recovering it. But seems after the latest Windows Phone recovery tool update things have improved for good.

Lumia 640 should also be able to get Windows 10 for Phones update now.
