Microsoft last pushed Windows 10 Mobile Build 14936 for Insiders in Fast Ring. Later Windows 10 Build 14942 hit PC Insiders in Fast Ring but it didn’t come to Mobile insiders.
But seems Mobile and PC insiders may get lucky soon with Build 14946 looking “pretty nice” per the dependable Build Forecaster “Core Insider Preview”.

Hopefully Microsoft pushes the Build 14946 to Mobile and PC Insiders today. The build may bring lots of changes and new features if PC Build 14942 is any indication.
Microsoft is conducting a poll to decide whether a new build can be shipped. It seems the new build may cause some issue if additional language packs are installed.
