Well, Build 10550 that Gabe referred was for Windows 10 and not for Windows 10 Mobile and no Mobile builds today.

Are you still waiting for Build 10547 as the next Windows 10 Mobile release candidate, then it seems it is not coming to Windows Insiders. Good news is that it may be slightly more newer Build 10550 that may hit Insiders in Fast ring (Insiders Fast) soon. This has been revealed again by none other than Gabe Aul.
The Build 10550 is in internal ring now, but as per Gabe can go soon to Windows Insider Fast Ring!!.
@callum90ish 10550 is in Microsoft ring now. Only a few builds newer than last flight but may go out to WIP Fast. We’ll see.
