Build 10537 is the one under internal testing, so a likely release candidate.

Seems the next build will bring Mobile Hotspot back and fix issues seen with Build 10512.
@mrswagga2301 @kalintzis Next build is looking good. Has mobile hotspot, and most 10512 issues fixed. Perf a bit better too.
