It seems the first preview build of Windows 10 for Phones won’t have insider hub. It will have the “Feedback app” though, confirms Gabriel Aul. For your info, Insider Hub is an important native app in Window 10 Desktop, which has all the information and announcements for Windows Insiders in one place.
