It seems Windows 10 Build 14294 under internal testing brings fix to an annoying Microsoft Edge search bug faced and reported by many. The search Bug makes Edge accept some word string with periods as “URL” than a search string. For example, try searching Nokiapoweruser 2.3 using Edge Address bar on PC or Mobile and you will face this issue.
But as per Gabe Aul, this bug has been squashed in Windows 10 Build 14294, that obviously brings us to the question, whether it will be the next Build??
As per BuildFeed, Build 14294 has been compiled on March 17, so it may not be a surprise if Microsoft pushes it to both Mobile and PC soon.
