Snapchat client Specter app has received new update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 mobile. The new version is 1.3.0.The latest update brings ability to add friends from inside the app which is previously absent.

The app currently supports:
- login with your existing account
- send image and video messages
- receive text, image and video messages
- mark messages as viewed, screenshot or replayed
And the Developer is working on adding the following features:
- sending text messages
- image and video editor
- saving messages to history
- camera on the first page
- posting and viewing persistent messages
