Okay this one is from @nextleaks, a new leakster joining the leaking race on twitter. If his tweet is true, Normandy is gonna satisfy all those who are willingly looking for the device.
According to his tweet, the phone is to be branded as Asha 4xx and will come preloaded with Android KitKat. Other than that, the processor is mentioned as Snapdragon 400 clocked at 1.7Ghz which is an upgrade to the 1 Ghz Snapdragon 200 which we are/were assuming till now. Rest of the things include a 5MP Camera, 8GB of Internal Storage, 1GB of RAM and a 2000 mAh battery.
The price is mentioned to be less than $250, but because its an Asha phone, it should be even around $150 or lesser, else the Asha brand won’t suit just well enough.

Next is the branding. To what we know, Nokia branding won’t be available to Microsoft for Devices other than those based on Series 30 and 40 platform. Now because Normandy is to run Android, will Microsoft be looking to launch Asha as a separate brand? And because new Asha Platform isn’t the same old Series 40, even that doesn’t qualify the Nokia branding. I’m not sure as this is quite clumsy. Nokia never bothered telling the press about how Nokia brand will be licensed to Microsoft. Plus the deal isn’t closed yet, so this should be pretty much the same for now.
