Nokia: HERE Maps is coming to all major operating systems soon

HERE SuriWe reported about Nokia planning to release HERE mapping & navigation apps to both iOS and Android. Even we could catch some of the job openings openly hinting about some work going on in this regard. Now we hear CEO Suri confirming that all other major operating systems will get HERE Maps soon. Watch at 28:00 mark in the video of Suri’s speech at the Nokia Annual General Meeting 2014 below.

He mentions that Consumers use HERE Maps on Windows Phone and Windows Phone for now, but will be available for all other major operating systems soon.

    Here maps going to other platforms would be awesome. I wonder if they’ll be licensing them to Apple/Google. What I wanted to ask is if you look at 12:06, is that a device Nokia is thinking about releasing? Does anyone know anything about it? Suri said it has the potential to disrupt the market
