Nokia & Airtel partner to launch Nokia X in 17 African countries. Nokia X review unit arrives!!

Nokia-X-Dual-SIMIn what looks like a great news for African Nokia fans, Bharti Airtel, India’s largest network operator which has a big presence in Africa as well has partnered with Nokia to launch Nokia X in 17 African countries. The device will be available from mid-April and the partnership means, there will be data bundles available from the operator with purchase of Nokia X.

“Nokia X will come with data bundles for our customers to access their favorite social sites and chat applications,” Airtel Africa Chief Marketing Officer Andre Beyers said in a statement.

Another good news to share: NPU’s Nokia X review unit has arrived and we will be taking it through our extensive hands-on coverage. So, thanks to Nokia India and stay tuned!!
