When it comes to launch events it is always tricky to claim that company may have a fix launch date and can’t really change it. While we have heard rumors from two Twitter accounts that Nokia 9 PureView will be launched by end of January, HMD has a surprise for you.
HMD CPO Juho today took to Twitter to tease a big Nokia MWC 2019 launch event with a throwback video of MWC 2018, when Nokia 8110 4G, Nokia 1, Nokia 6.1, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco were launched. Interestingly, Juho has tagged the tweet with #coolnewstuff.
Throwback to #MWC 2018. It's almost time for #Barcelona again, can't wait! #nokiamobile #nokia #coolnewstuff https://t.co/PpZEBUveWQ

With this the action moves to MWC 2019 and it seems the big launch event that may be held on or around February 25 will deliver the goods. Nokia 9 PureView may be the major candidate along with Nokia 6.2 and one or two more low-end smartphones. Once can also expect some one or more new feature phones and may be re-birth of an iconic old feature phone.
