Nokia 6 Rear camera review and samples:
Nokia 6 Rear camera is fast and captures accurate colors with good amount of resolved details. In fact it surprises with how much details it can capture.
HMD imaging team has again done good work in not using artifical sharpness a lot and that keeps captured images close to natural. With the good amount of details and accurate colors Nokia 6 rear camera is a winner in its price range for sure.
So, if you ask us Nokia 6 Rear camera is accurate in rendering colors and has very good resolved details. What also impressed us is the ability of Nokia 6 rear camera to capture “Bokeh” images.
We are impressed with the Nokia 6 camera performance so far, but let us quickly check the low-light samples. As you can see in the low-light samples the F/2.0 aperture camera captures good amount of light even without flash.
But one can’t really compare it with smartphone cameras that come with OIS and allow more amount of light without flash. The Dual-tone flash keeps low-light capture natural without making it extra bright. Though we could have liked the flash to be slightly stronger just like the Nokia 3 camera Flash.

Coming to video capture, you can capture good quality 1080p video with Nokia 6 rear camera. While there is no OIS (which is usually the case on mid-ranger devices) the camera algorithm smoothens lots of movements indicating some software stabilization in the background. Color accuracy and captured details remain top-notch.
The low-light video capture impresses even without OIS. In fact, just plonk OIS system to this camera and it becomes a pretty impressive package.

Nokia 6 front camera is also impressive when it comes to taking selfies. You don’t have a front flash but otherwise, this F/2 aperture camera captures good images with details and good color accuracy. The wide-angle capture is also a feature that would be loved by selfie-lovers.
