We Insiders have been waiting for a new Windows 10 Mobile build that can most probably be the RTM build for some days now. Microsoft was expected to release Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 to Windows Insiders this week, but the build 10586 has been delayed because it is causing “Reboot loop” when you perform a hard reset on your phone.
Now it seems we will have to wait till at least next week to have this Build or a patched version of this build to land on our devices.

Yesterday we have reported leak of Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 Emulator online with a patch most probably to fix the “reboot loop” issues.
