Microsoft: Windows 10 Mobile starts rolling out to select mobile phones soon.

We told you via our sources that Microsoft may be planning to release Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 soon to Windows Phone 8.1 devices. The RTM or public release build may be Build 10586. Microsoft was expected to release Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 to Windows Insiders this week, but the build 10586 has been delayed because it is causing “Reboot loop” when you perform a hard reset on your phone.

But in the blog post related to Windows 10 TH2 RTM or November update Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 Mobile will be rolling out to select mobile phones soon.

Today, we reach our next milestone as the first major update to Windows 10 is now available* for PCs and tablets. With this update, there are improvements in all aspects of the platform and experience, including thousands of partners updating their device drivers and applications for great Windows 10 compatibility. Windows 10 also starts rolling out to Xbox One today and select mobile phones soon.
