HMD made Nokia 3310 (2017) available in India starting May 18. Surprisingly they made it available only in Brick and Mortar stores and not online. But perhaps that hasn’t made enthusiasm for Nokia 3310 (2017) any less among buyers.
We tried to gauge the mood of buyers by doing a small retail survey to check how good Nokia 3310 (2017) was doing. To our surprise, it was out of stock / not available at most of the big retail stores. On speaking to retail reps we came to understand about very good initial demand for Nokia 3310 (2017).
We reached to HMD to ask whether the initial stock was small or demand has been exceeding expectations. In its official statement provided exclusively to NPU, HMD India spokesperson confirmed that demand has been “unprecedented” and that more stocks are incoming,

Seems pricing it at INR 3310 has been a great move in India and the buyer response is overwhelming. Hopefully, it is a harbinger of those good old Nokia days.
