MS brought a very useful and cool looking “YouTube” application for Windows Phone, but Google got it pulled from WP store. The current YouTube application is just a mobile YouTube site. So, in case you want to have that good old “YouTube” app, the below XDA developer’s forum link can help you. Only condition is that you should have a developer unlocked device, which you can do by following our earlier article. This version of YouTube has below awesome features,

  • Pin videos, playlists, channels and search queries to the Start screen as Live Tiles
  • Manage your YouTube profile with your unique My YouTube page
  • Manage your playlists, uploads and video lists
  • Find channels, videos and playlists with the quick access search bar with new search suggestions
  • Share videos to social networks, e-mail and text messages
  • Help your kids view age appropriate videos in Kid’s Corner and keep their own profile
