Thanks Geeks for the Tip. Seems not only Walmart but now Bestbuy also is selling Lumia 521 at that great price of $129. Though when tipped, it was available but when we checked it was gone.
Best Buy sells at the same price as Walmart and it’s available as of 7/27/2013 at 8:14PM PST (this is important because it may vanish in the next minute too!!!) :
