It will be interesting to see how iFans will defend their decision to purchase new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus for a premium, now. Earlier, if they tend to lose the debate on features, display etc then the Apple‘s quality and design will be the last line of defense. That “last line of defense” is gone now with what looks like a new unrevealed feature of new iPhones (Pun intended):
It bends (deforms) in your pocket and that too permanently, and in case you try to straighten it up the screen may crack. As per the reports the, issue is with both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. And if anyone has any confusion, it bends while kept in front pockets too.
For the apologists, defending with such arguments like “Aluminum will bend”, you need to read this and watch how Lumia 1020 and HTC One easily take the bending test in stride and come out unscathed.
