Update:
The Windows 10 Mobile Build 10136 may get released tomorrow, it seems.
@GabeAul Sorry to get you excited for a build today, but we really needed your input to make the call here.

But you need to roll-back to Windows Phone 8.1 using Windows Phone recovery tool. Though you should not install Windows Insider app and opt for “Insider Fast” unless Build 10136 is announced as live by Microsoft. Read how to choose between Insider Fast and Slow by clicking here. Click here to read how to use Windows Phone Recovery Tool for rolling back to Windows Phone 8.1.
@GabeAul If you go back to 8.1 today, make sure that you DO NOT opt back in to Fast until 10136 is live, otherwise you’ll get 10080 again.

Thanks all, given that people who don’t want to roll back to 8.1 won’t have to – we’re going to release 10136 to Fast.

Microsoft has asked for views of Windows Insiders about a tricky situation and seems Build 10136 may be on its way but will need one to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 using WPRT.
@PhynalErin You won’t have to change to Slow. We’d only release the hop from 8.1 > 10136, so anyone running 10080 would just see no update. — Gabriel Aul (@GabeAul) June 15, 2015
