WP 8.1 overtakes WP8 finally, Lumia 630 grows further: Adduplex October report

Adduplex2Latest Adduplex report that covers Windows Phone devices statistics till October 22, shows Windows Phone 8.1 overtaking Windows phone 8, finally. The Windows Phone 8.1 is now running on 46.7% of the Windows Phone devices as per the report.

Adduplex1Lumia 630 has continued to rise and now accounts for 6.4% of Windows Phone share on its own.

Adduplex3Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 are also rising in US market and have 17.6% market share between themselves.

Coming to another big market India, Lumia 630 is again rising and is at 6.8% Windows Phone share.

    I really miss the WP7 style(Music+Video hub, Zune on windows), I changed to WP8 because of professional reasons(mostly battery life, email attachments, better camera), but one must adapt and evolve with the technology… I like to see WP8 growing.
