We last reported the rumor that Windows 10 Mobile Build 14959 may be the next for Insiders in Fast Ring. Now it seems it will be Windows 10 Mobile Build 14960 that may go out to Fast Ring instead of Build 14959.
This update comes from dependable Build Forecaster “Core Insider Program”. As per its two latest posts on Twitter Build 14960 is the next Fast Ring build and at the same time it may get bit delayed now.
One-upping candidates? Certainly didn't miss that but hey, a newer build definitely sounds cooler. The number is prettier too: 14960.

The Build has been compiled on October 28 and has been under testing for 4-5 days already. It may or may not make its way to Insiders or may come to only PC or Mobile. But if everything goes fine we can expect its release to both PC / Mobile simultaneously.
