It now seems Build 14393.448 and not Build 14393.447 is coming to non-insiders next. It is because of an issue with Mobile Build 14393.447 apparently.

Microsoft last pushed Windows 10 Build 14393.447 to PC Insiders. It seems the Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.447 will be here soon.

Though there are no promises of it coming out today.

We last reported about appearance of the Windows 10 Mobile / PC Build 14393.445. Now a newer Anniversary update CU build has appeared on the site BuildFeed that tracks internal builds under testing at Microsoft. The Build in question is Build 14393.447 and has been compiled on November 2nd. So, it has been under testing for only couple of days.

build-14393-447

As the jump in Build number suggests (Build 14393.447 over last non-insiders Build 14393.321), there may be lots of fixes and improvements coming with this build.

While Microsoft may release an even newer build to non-insiders, Build 14393.447 is a strong release candidate. It may come to Insiders first and on the basis of feedback from them may become the next Anniversary update release candidate.

The latest Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary update cumulative update release Build is the Build 14393.351. It has been released to only insiders in Slow and Release Preview rings. Microsoft may release next Anniversary update build to non-insiders on November 8, but testing of newer builds will continue with help of insiders in Slow and Release preview rings.
