The latest Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary update cumulative update release Build is the Build 14393.351. It has been released to only insiders in Slow and Release Preview rings. Microsoft may release next Anniversary update build to non-insiders on November 8, but testing of newer builds will continue with help of insiders.
A newer Anniversary update CU build has appeared on the site BuildFeed that tracks internal builds under testing at Microsoft. The Build in question is Build 14393.442 and has been compiled on October 21. So, it has been under testing already for 4-5 days.
As the jump in Build number suggests (Build 14393.442 over Build 14393.321), there may be lots of fixes and improvements coming with this build. While Microsoft will release a newer build to non-insiders on November 8, Build 14393.442 may be released to insiders in release preview ring for testing and evaluation.
