A group of people with ill-motive is now trying to fool Nokia Android smartphone users.

A User on Nokia Community had posted a couple of screenshots and went on saying that the fraudsters sent him an SMS, persuading the recipient to pay a sum of Rs. 6,500 so as to collect a TATA Sarafi car or 1,260,000 INR. And the worst thing is whoever did this claimed to be associated with Nokia.

HMD, however, quickly responded with a warning asked users to ignore this kind of SMS straight away. The company also encourages users to call 18001028169 or email [email protected] for assistance.
