The developer working on VLC for Windows Phone has teased it yet again in a screenshot, which shows VLC app pinned as a Live Tile.

He further confirms that VLC player app is now an universal app sharing same code base across Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1.

On when it will be released, he says it is not coming this week at least and has promised more details in a blog post. So, we will keep you updated!!
