Update: Twitter has restored its services in India and other regions.

Popular social networking platform Twitter seems to be down for many and this outage is happening worldwide. In India, users are reporting to see the error message of “Something went wrong” while trying to perform any action.

If you are already logged in then actions like logout are not happening and one gets the same error of “Something went wrong”. Even the Android and iOS apps are facing outage just like the web version of Twitter
