Poplar Twitter Client, Tweetium for Windows 10 Mobile picked up a new update. The latest update allows you to upload video directly from the app. Along with video upload feature, the developers also introduced lots of new features and improvements to the app. After installing the update, the version number bumps to v4.1.490.
