Telegram Messenger received a new update for Windows Phone devices, bringing the app version to 1.17.1.0. The latest update for Telegram Messenger adds some new features and improvements.
What’s new:
- Groups can now have multiple administrators with the ability to edit the name and logo, and add and remove members.
- Groups that have reached their capacity of 200 users can be upgraded to supergroups of up to 1,00 members.
- Channels got a new quick share button right next to messages.
