Microsoft last pushed Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393 to Insiders in Fast and then Slow Ring. You can read our hands-on impressions of the Build by clicking here. Now, many have speculated (including our sources) that this may be the RTM Build but Microsoft didn’t confirm it officially yet.
But seems it may be the case, as “Release Preview Ring” has now appeared as the third option on the Build 14393 running devices. Check the screenshot above.
Release Preview Ring is for those insiders who want to just get the Cumulative Build updates and apps updates before non-insiders. As per the definition of Release Preview Ring,
Best for Insiders who enjoy getting early access to updates for the Current Branch, Microsoft applications, and drivers, with minimal risk to their devices, and still want to provide feedback to make Windows devices great.
So, it seems Microsoft will soon start pushing cumulative update builds to Build 14393 with fixes and improvements and Insiders may choose to remain on Build 14393 by selecting the Release Preview Ring.
