We are in 2016 and Microsoft is now back to compiling new Windows 10 Mobile builds. These new builds belong to both Redstone 1 and TH2 branches.
Build 11095 is the first Redstone build compiled in 2016 and it is the newest Windows 10 Mobile build too. While we were tipped about Build 11088 being the next Insider build, Microsoft may release a newer build too and we would like that to happen. Build 10586.63 seems more probable as the next cumulative update to RTM Build 10586. Build 10586.36 is the latest and second cumulative update available to Insiders and all Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 Xl users. So, it may not be very surprising if Build 10586.63 is pushed to Lumia running Windows 10 Mobile as cumulative update.
