Our reader Lars tipped us with a listing of certain “Nokia Tablet” listed on a site “priceofmobiles.com” from India. It is surprising to see full specs listed on the page and they are in the same format in which Nokia usually shows the specifications on its product page. Specs overview of this listing says,
Microsoft Windows 8 OS, 1 GHz ARM Processor, 10.1 inches capacitive touchscreen with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, Virtual QWERTY, multitouch, Vibration, MP3 ringtones, 720p HD video, internal 1 GB RAM, MicroSD Card Up to 32GB, Bluetooh, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS support, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer sensor, Facebook integration with phonebook, Face detection for picture tags before sharing, Calendar, To-do list, Notes, Synchronisation, Calendar.
Actually, these don’t look like specs for Nokia Win8 Tablet though with only 1366×768 resolution, 1 GHz ARM processor and only 2G edge connectivity. It may belong to the Nokia Win RT Tablet, which Nokia had planned but later may have withdrawn due to lack of consumer’s interest in Surface RT. Interestingly, the spec sheet says that the tab is only 9.7 mm thick .
Form | Tablet |
Dimensions | 256.6 x 175.3 x 9.7 mm |
Weight | 588 g |
Color | Black, Blue |
What do you think about these specifications? Real or Fake? Anyways you can go ahead and check the listing here.
Thanks Lars for the Tip. Cheers!!
