An update is rolling out for offline map data on Windows 10 Mobile. You might haven’t notice any notification for that if you have set it to update data automatically.
Remember that, the update comes to map according to your downloaded region map.
Recently on January 22, the map data updated on Windows 10 Mobile.
For updating map data, go to Settings >System > Offline Maps and check for updates. The latest map data version is 8.30.61.107.
