HMD already announced the roll-out of the official Android 10 update for Nokia 8.1 but the update was not available in all the markets it seems. It has now become available in markets like Russia and Ghana, report our readers. The update is a big 1448 MB in size and may be available in other markets too.
If you are on the official Android Pie update or on Android 10 Beta 5 update (the last OTA update) you would get the official Android 10 update automatically. In case you are still on Android 10 Beta 3 you need to install the Beta 5 build in order to receive the official Android 10 update.
Nokia 8.1 is the only Nokia smartphone that was eligible to enroll in Android 10 dev preview and other Nokia smartphones will get Android 10 update, as per the roadmap shared by HMD earlier.

There are also a couple of bugs reported by Nokia 8.1 owners already on Android 10 that you may like to know about beforehand.
Thanks, Vitaly & Prince for the tip. Cheers!!
