Nokia X20 5G and Nokia X10 5G recently received new updates. While the changelog just mentioned vague ““improved system stability and UI enhancements”, the builds seem to enable VoNR support on both the smartphones.

Check the image below that shows VoNR support enabled on Indian Network provider Reliance Jio.  Coming to what VoNR means, it is voice call utilizing capability of 5G network in a nutshell.

VoNR provides better voice quality than VoLTE. Call setup time on VoNR is faster than VoLTE due to the inherent lower latency of 5G network.
