Nokia has just redesigned the HERE Maps and the new maps look much more beautiful and works better than ever. Not only they have a colorful persona and visually striking design, but also are clutter free to convey right amount of details with ease.
Some features of the new design can be summed up as,
Better street hierarchy with color and road thickness
Emphasize critical information and cut down on unnecessary details
Integrated Terrain shading for mountainous areas
The new beautiful maps are available at HERE.com and Maps.Yahoo.com immediately. As mentioned in the source article, iOS and Android (now seem to enjoy some more attention from Nokia) and other platforms (which may include Windows Phone as well) will get it only later this year.
