Nokia Z launcher twitter account has informed that more download slots are available and we could download it on Nokia XL to find, it is not supported. Try now and you may be able to download it on your Android device.

Nokia ZlauncherThis is certainly very very interesting!!

It may be one of the best kept secrets of new Nokia! What we are reporting today is known as “Z launcher”, a home-screen launcher app for regular Android devices, which Nokia is planning to release in coming days. The app is in pre-Beta stage and the website for this app has been launched. Read what exactly is this and why Nokia is even making it.

What is the Z Launcher?

Z Launcher is the fastest way to access everything on your phone. Throughout the day, the app dynamically changes your homescreen to present the right apps, contacts and websites based on how you use your phone. The more you use it the better it gets. Our scribble feature ensures you’re always only one-second away from everything.
The app is currently in a pre-beta testing program for a limited time.

Why is Nokia making Z Launcher?

We are creating a more personalized and contextual mobile experience. By working hand-in-hand with you, your devices, apps, features and content, we’re making your phone more useful for real life.

Bad news is that it only supports high-end Android models like Samsung Galaxy S 3, 4 or 5 and Nexus 5 running Android 4.1 or higher.

Right now, we recommend trying Z Launcher on newer model top selling phones like Samsung’s Galaxy 3, 4 or 5 phones and Nexus 5 running Android OS 4.1 or higher. The launcher is not optimized for tablet usage so please stick with phones.

If you are also unable to install it, it may due to unavailability of open slots but you can follow @NokiaZLauncher for further updates.
