Nokia gets a place in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index

Nokia has sent a press release about its achievement of getting a place in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. The Dow Jones Sustainability Indices are a family of indices evaluating the sustainability performance of the largest companies listed on the Dow Jones Global Total Stock Market Index. They are the longest-running global sustainability benchmarks worldwide and have become the key reference point in sustainability investing for investors and companies alike. Espoo, Finland – Nokia’s economic, environmental and social responsibility was recognized today as the company was selected to be an index component of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices.

Nokia was included in The Dow Jones Sustainability World Index after being evaluated on a variety of criteria like climate strategy, environmental management, performance and reporting, human capital development, stakeholder engagement, privacy protection, supply chain management and corporate governance.
