The update size for the Nokia 8 Sirocco is 140 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.
Nokia 7.1 July Security update size:
The update size for the Nokia 7.1 is 19.94 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.
Nokia 6.1 July Security update size:
The update size for the Nokia 6.1 is 41.61 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.
Nokia 3.2 July Security update size:
The update size for the Nokia 3.2 is 14.65 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.
Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 3.2 July Security update changelog:
Nokia 8 Sirocco is receiving stability improvements and unknown UI enhancements with this new Android 10 build. For other three the changelog mentions only the July Android Security update. The most severe of these issues is a critical security vulnerability in the System component that could enable a remote attacker using a specially crafted file to execute arbitrary code within the context of a privileged process.

HMD has been quite consistent in terms of releasing Monthly Security updates and OS updates for Nokia smartphones already available in the market. HMD has also made it clear that all Nokia Android one Phones will receive a minimum of two years of OS update support.
