The update size for the Nokia 8.1 is 32.30 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.
Nokia 2.3 Android 10 + August Security update size:
The update size for the Nokia 2.3 is 136 MB in size. You will either be prompted to download this update or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.

Nokia 2.3 is receiving stability improvements and UI enhancements with this new Android 10 build.
For Nokia 8.1 the changelog mentions only the August Android Security update.
