At MWC 2017, when HMD announced Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 as coming globally, North American markets including US were missing from the list. Nokia 3 was also announced to be available in only APAC, India, Middle East, Africa and Europe markets.
But Nokia fans in US have something to cheer about now, as a Nokia 3 (TA-1038) variant has passed certification at FCC, the US certification authority. The Antenna diagram reveals that it is a Nokia 3 variant. As you can see the dimensions of 143×72 mm that belong to Nokia 3 (Check Full Specs here).
Coming to LTE bands, Nokia 3 (TA-1038) will support LTE 2, 4, 7, 12 and 38 bands in US market. It is a Dual-SIM variant and has Dual SIM Dual Standby support. Nokia 3 US variant supports VoLTE operation. Check below all the GSM / WCDMA and LTE bands that TA-1038 supports.
