HMD has launched Nokia 3.1A for AT&T and Nokia 3.1C for Cricket Wireless giving more momentum to its US product placement strategy. Both the smartphones can be said to be varaints of Nokia 3.2 and are powered by Snapdragon 429 processor.

HMD has launched other entry-level smartphones like Nokia 2V for Verizon and Nokia 3.1 Plus for Cricket Wireless before this. Though Nokia 3.1, Nokia 5.1 Plus, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 9 PureView are available as unlocked smartphones in the US already.
